I must disagree with Penny here- a date watching Doctor Who is fully acceptable. Or watching Sherlock. Or Merlin. Or… actually, Penny is just wrong. Watching TV is a good date. 

If I somehow get a girlfriend, I think a lot of our dates will consist of snuggling up on a sofa watching geeky shows and movies. That would be very groovy.
